Stage 1 · The conversation
What you want, and what you can spend.
Four services for leisure travellers, quoted with the exclusions shown.
The most common planning mistake is too many places. Four countries in ten days reads well and is spent in transit. We ask what you want to remember afterwards, then build a route that allows it — and we will say when an itinerary is too ambitious.
What you want, and what you can spend.
Two or three honest options.
Inclusions and exclusions listed.
With deposit and balance dates confirmed.
Connections checked for real timings.
Including resort fees, stated.
Arranged, not left to arrival.
Issued and explained.
A 45-minute international connection looks fine on a screen and is a missed flight with checked bags. We book connections with realistic margins, check the terminal changes, and tell you when a cheaper routing is cheap for a reason.
Cruise pricing is advertised before the parts that are effectively compulsory — gratuities, drinks packages, excursions, port charges. We quote the real number so the comparison between two cruises is a fair one, which occasionally means our quote looks higher and is actually lower.
Ship, line and itinerary matched to you.
Gratuities, packages and port charges.
Chosen deliberately, not allocated.
Booked, or honestly left to arrange ashore.
Realistic, not hoped for.
Space held while people decide.
Names, documents and deposits.
One contact for the whole group.
Group travel fails on administration, not on destination. Somebody has to collect names exactly as they appear on passports, chase deposits and manage the person who changes their mind twice. That is most of the work and it is what we take on.
A free first call about the trip and what it would realistically cost.
